growing regions. All Fresh Harvest fruit will be packed to order to insure the product is fresh and of
the best quality. Our quality control program begins in the field by closely monitoring the groves for
optimal sugar acid ratios and color standards that well exceed USDA minimum requirements. The
fruit is then monitored throughout the packing process to maintain consistent quality. We perform
a final check on every pallet at time of shipment. No fruit will be shipped that does not meet Fresh
Harvest quality standards.
